During the cold winter months you can do either of the following 

1. Reach out to our team to include Winter Shipping Protection in your order for that specific month. Please reach out to us before the 10th. 

2. Skip your subscription box

How to skip your subscription box

1. Login to your account 
   1. Click the profile photo on the top right corner of our site 
   2. Enter your email and password to login to your account. If you have forgotten your password please click "Forgot password" and we will send you a reset link.
   3. You can also click "Having issues managing your subscription?" and this will send you a reset link too.
   
   

2. Once you have logged into your account, click "Manage Subscriptions" in the left hand corner. Skip to Step 3 if you don't see "Manage Subscriptions".
3. You will be brought to this screen. Click the first box under "Your Next Order: November 10"
4. You should be brought to this screen. Click "Skip This Order" at the bottom. There will be a confirmation screen that pops up, click "Skip This Order" again. You must skip your order before the 9th of the month.
