How much is the membership?

The membership is $24.95 a quarter. You will be charged $24.95 when you purchase the membership and then $24.95 3 months later. 

Do I get express shipping with my Plant Family Membership?

You will get discounted express shipping with your Plant Family Membership. It should show up when you are at checkout as "Express Shipping - Members Only".

How do I login to my membership?

1. IF you did not purchase the membership while you were logged into your account, you will need to create an account. 
2. You will receive an email from us with the subject line "Your recurring order purchase confirmation from Cellar Door Plants"
3. Click the link: "Manage Subscription"
4. Click the account icon in the right hand corner (the outline of a person).
5. It will redirect you to a login page. Click "Forgot Password?"
6. Type in the email you used to purchase the membership
7. We will send you an email to "recover" your password
8. Click the email and create a new password. 
9. You will have to login to your account in order to get the free shipping (it will apply automatically when you are logged in).

How do I cancel my membership?

1. Login to your account, click manage subscriptions in the left hand corner 

2. Click Subscriptions on the top bar 

3. Click Cancel Subscriptions at the bottom of your page 

Can I get a refund after I have been charged?

All sales of the membership are final. If you want to cancel your membership, you will have to cancel it before the next charge. We will send you an email three days before your card is charged again. 

When will I be charged?

 Our membership is quarterly. You will be charged once every 3 months on the date that you started your membership with us. So for example, if you started your membership June 13th 2021, you will be charged: September 13th 2021, December 13th 2021, March 13th 2022, June 13th 2022, etc.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
