My discount code or gift card isn't workingUpdated 2 years ago

You will be prompted at checkout to enter a discount or promo code. Please make sure you are spelling the discount code correctly and using all capitals if it requires all capital letters. Discount codes can not be combined and they can not be used on subscription boxes or memberships. 

Our Membership and Subscription Box platform doesn't integrate well with discount codes, so if you use a discount code and have a subscription box or membership in your cart, the discount code won't work. You will have to make a separate order with just the subscription box or membership. 

If the above statement doesn't apply to you and you are still having discount code issues, please reach out to us through our  Contact Form  and we will take care of it for you on the back-end. We sometimes see this issue with gift cards and discount codes when they are combined. We will gladly give you a discount with your gift card if you reach out to us through the contact form.
