How will I be charged for my subscription? 

When you first sign up for the subscription box, you will be charged for the first month. Your next charge will occur on the 10th of the following month. You will be charged once a month, on the 10th of every month. 

When does the box ship?

The main batch of subscription boxes will be shipped out during the 3rd week of every month. If your first order is placed after the 10th of the month, it will be sent out on the last day of the month. Going forward, your subscription will be shipped out with the main batch during the 3rd week of the month. 

How does the subscription work? 

Every time you are charged, a new order will be placed in the store. You will be notified of the order via email and provided with tracking information when it ships out. 

Where do you ship to? 

We ship anywhere in the USA except for Hawaii and Alaska!

What if my plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?

Due to the delicate nature of shipping live plants, a small percentage may arrive with damage. If this happens to you, send us a picture of the plant to [email protected] and we can process a replacement. We are happy to offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee!

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! If you need to pause your subscription for any reason, please reach out to us at [email protected] at least 5 days in advance of your billing date so we can pause the recurring payment. You will not be charged for skipped months. 

How do I update my address or billing information? 

You can log into your account and edit your address directly on our site. Additionally you can reach out to us at [email protected] and we will edit your address or send you a link to update your billing information. You must update your address by the 10th of each month. If you want, you can gift a month's subscription box by emailing us the address you would like us to ship to. 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

You can log into your account and cancel your subscription directly on our site. Additionally, you can reach out to us at [email protected] and we will cancel your membership within 1 business day. Please let us know at least 5 days in advance of the billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. 

Does my subscription include a heat pack in the winter? 

If you are ordering your subscription box for the first time in-between November and March, please add "Winter Shipping Protection" to your order. This will add Winter Shipping Protection to your first subscription box. For the rest of your subscription boxes, reach out to us at [email protected] and tell us which months you would like for us to include Winter Shipping Protection.
