During the winter months, we ask that customers to add Winter Shipping Protection to their order. Winter Shipping Protection includes a 72 hours heat pack, insulated packaging, and winter shipping guarantee. If you receive a plant that is cold damaged, please reach out to us with our Contact Form and we will happily replace it. We are a small business and replacing orders hurts our bottom line, so if you can add Winter Shipping Protection to your order it makes a big difference! Thank you!
