If your order does not arrive on the originally projected delivery date, it may be due to inaccurate tracking information provided by the courier and the email updates we provide are based on that information. Based on our experience in instances like this, we recommend giving your order 10-12 business days to see if it arrives. If you still haven't received your order after that time, or if it arrives and the plants did not survive, fill out our Contact Form to let us know and we can process a refund or replacement.
